Fitness Pal Exercise Adjustment

Recommended Posts

Is there a way to change settings so fitness pal doesn't add exercise calories back in?

The only way I can figure is to not add your exercise. That's what I do.

I change all my exercise to just 1 calorie burned, that way I have a record and it doesn't add calories to my daily allowance. ;-)

Oh, that is brilliant! I like tracking my exercise -- it's the main reason I'm on there as I'm trying to break from calorie counting right now to see if I can keep losing without "dieting" -- but I like the accountability of MFP so much. So just change it all to a 1! Makes sense....

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
