Medifast Opinions

My nutritionist recommends Medifast for the Protein Shakes because it is medically formulated to contain all the necessary components to replace a meal. Has anyone tried it? Wondering what you think. I have already sampled Unjury and I like that.

I tried Medifast before surgery. However it got pretty expensive, around $300 a month for just me. I still had to go food shopping for the rest of the house. But I did lose a good amount of weight while on it. Hope this helps.

I don't have any experience w/Medifast. I am 11 days post op and have been using Bariatric Advantage and like that. I heard Unjury was good, my nutritionist said it was adequate, the BA had more B vit. I think nwhatever works. Good luck !
