LI Lady 64 Posted November 24, 2013 My nutritionist recommends Medifast for the Protein Shakes because it is medically formulated to contain all the necessary components to replace a meal. Watchershrink83 61 Posted November 24, 2013 I tried Medifast before surgery. However it got pretty expensive, around $300 a month for just me. granniero 36 Posted November 25, 2013 I don't have any experience w/Medifast. I am 11 days post op and have been using Bariatric Advantage and like that.
