Felicia2826 7 Posted November 24, 2013 When did y'all start the b complex? My hospital told me too start it today I was sleeved on 11/22 it's a Gummy I am kinda scared it will get stuck . Also wondering about other peoples pain I am very sore it hurts to get up and down and the gas pain it's pretty bad as well. I am so thankful for this site without I would not have made it threw! rls41998 91 Posted November 24, 2013 I'm on liquid B12. Goes under tongue and hold for 30 sec then swallow. I was told no gummies. On flintstone Vitamin and cal d chews. Shells_Almost_There 357 Posted November 25, 2013 I started on gummies at 4 weeks post-op - I do Fiber Gummies and sub-lingual B12. My recommendation is to chew chew chew that Gummy until it is practically a liquid and not sticky/chunky. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
