meaganchuckran 7 Posted November 24, 2013 Okay so I was sleeved on 10/23 but have only really taken 2 normal poops. They hurt to come out... Lol and a few times a week ill have a diareah sesh. When it's like al of a sudden I need to go. Is it normal to have very little bowel movements? I mean I have no desire to go at all besides the diareah when it hits

able2cope 193 Posted November 24, 2013 I'm 13 months out and seem to have evened out at twice a week now - and if I don't take a stool softener, boy does it hurt..

Gelica 18 Posted November 24, 2013 I was wondering about that today . I had surgery on Monday and thought okay I'm peeing but what about number 2. Did your first occurrence happen abruptly? Also I'm on liquids til week 5 will that make a difference?
Fluffnomore 1,235 Posted November 24, 2013 Yep. Before sleeve I could count on a very loose (sometimes urgent) one, generally first thing in the morning. Thanks, Absent Gallbladder. Now for the first time in years I can go a few days. As a matter of fact I am pondering which stool softener or Fiber concoction to take today. I'm sure it's because at this stage there's no Fiber in my diet.
