Had my 2nd fill 11/21/13. 2cc's. Up to 4.25. Lost 6 more lbs for a total of 38 lbs :) Feeling great! Having Thanksgiving with hubby's side of the family which means a lot of food. Having potluck at work Monday, again, a lot of food! Will eat healthy and measure out approximate of 4oz and after eating plan on going walking my 4 miles on Thanksgiving. I walk 30 mins each day at work. I know I will get thru the holidays because I am determined!!!
