Miso Soup?

So I am on my clear liquid week and I am sick of chicken broth. Does Miso Soup count as a clear liquid? hope so

It should be fine. It's a little salty, but so is broth. Be sure to pick all the bits out.

I hate asking paranoid questions like this, because what's done is done....but...

what if you don't pick all the bits out? I'm a week out. Had miso Soup today (just started 'full' liquids) and definitely chewed a couple of small pieces of seaweed and tofu.

It's pretty OCD to worry about it I suppose. I feel totally fine.

Miso Soup saved me during my pre-op and immediately post-op. I still have it in the evening sometimes instead of tea. It comes in instant without chunks in the asian section of most grocery stores.
