Birthsjourney 146 Posted December 2, 2013 Also CARBMASTER yogurt at Krogers is very tasty and within our guidelines for fats and sugars :-). ( no I don't own stock there...lol )
alimarie 6 Posted December 3, 2013 Anyone know when we can start exercising? I've been walking 2 miles a day but anxious to know when I can start getting on the elliptical and starting to jog.
Birthsjourney 146 Posted December 3, 2013 (edited) My surgeon does not restrict exercising at all from day #1....Considers it as important as Protein and liquids! Edited December 3, 2013 by Birthsjourney

LindsJ83 56 Posted December 3, 2013 It's more than normal. I didn't go for 4 days after then I did for a few days, then I didn't. I'm 11 days post op. My dr said if it becomes a problem, to sip a little prune juice. Make sure it's 100% juice no sugar added. I have it in my fridge and haven't used it yet however, I'd take juice over powders or pills any day! Hope that helps! Also I know that for me, getting up and moving/drinking lots of Water really helps.

MzRoe 1 Posted December 3, 2013 Thanks. I definitely feel alone. Hearing everyone talk about losing 20 plus pounds and a few weeks out makes me happy and sad. I feel like such a loser. I hate pity parties but I thought the fill would make it better and it did NOTHING! The office said i can only come once a month. Is that their rule or the insurance? alimarie 6 Posted December 3, 2013 Probably a dumb question but what is a "fill"?
MzRoe 1 Posted December 3, 2013 When saline is put inside the band for restriction. They call it a fill there.
