Woo-Hoo! I was just banded this morning. It's not so bad. I haven't even used pain meds. Just a little liquid Motrin for discomfort.

Rekax, enjoy the experience. And slather on lip balm right up until they take you back. Trust me. Your lips will thank you.

Surgery went well. Had it done yesterday morning and was released this morning. A little sore at the incision sites and some shoulder pain. Nothing unbearable. Just walking and walking and waiting for my flight home.

Thank you! It's all over now im 11 days post OP. No regrets. Feeling ok still a but sore but manageable. Get your lip balm your Soups and poweraide and your heating pad ready your going to need all of it. Good luck to you.
