I am currently 7 weeks out and down 43 lbs. I have started to really push my workouts the last week. I have started a 5k training program. Every since I have started exercising, I haven't lost any more weight. It's frustrating. At what point did you start to slow down with weight loss??

Actually you are probably losing inches and tightening. You have turned your fat into muscle. I guarantee you list inches. :). Switch to toning workout. Good luck!!
