Tiki 74 Posted November 21, 2013 I am not a crier but one week out I have started crying, not loud boo hooing but huge silent tears start rolling over the slightest thing. The look on my husbands face was total shock. Anyone else experience anything similar? Tiki

sapMegan 79 Posted November 22, 2013 It was a hard transition. There have been a few times I'e wanted to cry. Especially because I was so nauseous and I could get anything down. I was fantasizing about being able to eat like I used to and it was so frustrating to know that I will never be able to eat like that again. So many people on here talk about moderation... I know I can eat most anything EVENTUALLY as long as I'm careful but the idea of taking a couple bites of a REALLY good burger just does not satisfy the way thoughts of eating a WHOLE burger does! As you start to feel better and add more things back into your diet I'm sure you'll feel better. I started to feel better just being able to get one Protein shake in... can't do more than that without feeling like crap but I'm losing weight so I'll deal (not that I have much choice now right). Remember you're grieving what life used to be like AND your hormones are going nutso! Good luck!
luvzpitbullz 41 Posted November 23, 2013 Yes! It was the weirdest thing! For the first two weeks I would cry at just about anything. Like I would drive by a homeless person and start feeling sad for them and my eyes would start tearing up. It was quite annoying. Now, I'm back to normal so to speak.
