JerseyGirl68 1,172 Posted November 21, 2013 Without getting too personal, how was it before surgery? Do you get blood work done regularly? I read about different Vitamin deficiencies leading to lower sex drive.
southernsoul 773 Posted November 21, 2013 I think certain times of ebb and flow are pretty normal & that's true no matter what we weigh. Maybe this is just a temporary ebb period for you? I would go in for a check-up, just to make sure nothing physiological is going on. Good luck!
thedivinemsQ 89 Posted November 21, 2013 I have noticed this, and I am willing to bet the farm that it's a shift in hormones. If you think about some of the other things we see after being sleeved like , fluctuating menstruation cycles, Hair loss and skin reactions, these are hormone driven reactions to the changes in our bodies, so I think this is a very real hormonal response. For me, the hair loss has stopped and my skin is sorting itself out, so I am hoping the same thing happens with my sex drive

McButterpants 2,846 Posted November 21, 2013 How are you feeling about yourself physically? Sometimes we are hard on how we look, yes, even after losing 127 pounds - sometimes that old fat girl comes back and plays tricks on your mind. I would also talk to your doc about the hormones. There's a lot of changes the body is coping with since losing an entire person! I wish you luck, sweetie.

gamergirl 4,610 Posted November 25, 2013 It may be worth getting your hormones checked. Low levels of testosterone, estrogen and/or progesterone can all cause low sex drive and I think with weight loss, some of those hormones do get out of whack.
