be careful w/the sugar free hot choc stuff - Starbucks has a sugar free moch which I didnt realize was full of caffeine until I was addicted to them and stopped losing wt. The sugar free mocha is known to make people hungrier................and the caffeine is not good for us banders either. Had a headache for a week after I quit them..................so be careful

They actually sell diet hot cocoa at my local store. Its not bad. I only drink it every once in a while. 1 pack is 25calories.
