I Have Accepted Into The Bariatric Program Just Starting Anyone Else?

I have seen a surgeon nutritionalist shrink and am going through. 6 month program. The first 3 months I have to try yo loose16 lbs. the next 3 they will hive me my goal I also have to incorporate 20 min of exercise....any encouragement would help. Also anyone who is going through this!!!

You can do this! I just had my surgery Wednesday. The pre-surgery things I had to do were difficult. Just keep your eyes on the goal. Going through all the hoops was more difficult then surgery.

I am going through the first steps of changing how I eat and regular exercise I have a goal of 16 lbs to loose. Ant the end of Jan they give me my next t goal. I am so lucky to be accepted as this is a study and I and a few others are part of it to try to improve things!!
