Susan_B 3 Posted November 21, 2013 During the first few weeks after surgery I used to barely make it from the bedroom to the kitchen without having to sit down as I felt 'wonky'. I think it was my body going into some sort of protest stall lol Anyhow, I decided to push my limits and walked a little further each day until I felt normal. I also got myself a personal trainer who got me using weights. That pushed my body into feasting on fat rather than than turning my energy off and stalling. 1 marieda123 reacted to this

mistysj 1,940 Posted December 12, 2013 Hi there! I have not experienced symptoms of dizziness, but I know that it can happen because of blood pressure changes as well. If you are on blood pressure medication, you may need to work with your doctor to change the dose as you lose weight. I have modified the topic of your thread to be a little more specific, so that people can find it using the search function if they have the same question. I hope the dizzies stop soon! Tammy Meyers 5 Posted December 12, 2013 Thanks I have never taken blood pressure medicine before and I've been checking my blood pressure and everything seems to be okay, I do take thyroid medicine my sister said it might be that I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow. ???? erp 2,016 Posted December 13, 2013 I got dizzy from dehydration. If you struggle to get your liquids in, that may be it. 1 Tammy Meyers reacted to this
