Forgive me if this has been asked before. On another thread, it was mentioned that food should not be heated above 130 degrees. What is that all about? I haven't heard anything about heat, or degradation of Protein my heat before. Please can someone enlighten me! :)

Was it in reference to Protein Shakes? The powder Protein used in shakes, globs up if heated to hot.
