Excessive Perspiration Post Sleeve?

1 week out and I sweating excessively anyone else have this issue?.

I haven't had problems with excessive sweat but mine is about 10 times stinkier than it used to be, either that or I have a super-nose. Deoderant doesn't even seem to help!

SapMegan how far post op are you? Mine has diminished but now I have a rash pretty much everywhere I perspired excessively. My dr says I can take Benadryl and see if that helps. It itches really badly when I take a shower but when I'm just sitting here it burns. Hoping when I get some Benadryl in me that it helps.

I'm two weeks post op today. People tell me it's from being in ketosis... hopefully my body will decide to do ketosis without the stink!

I'm 4 mths post op and I'm hot/sweaty all the time. I thought when u got skinnier (since being banded 4 yrs ago I've lost almost 100 lbs. Was a band revision) u got cold. opposite for me. Hubby and I disagree on the thermostat every single day. He sleeps in sweats and I sleep in shorts/tank. When getting ready in the am, I have to wipe my face numerous times to keep my makeup from running down my sweaty face.

Not sure why. If u find out, let me know. Please
