JollyG 4 Posted December 18, 2013 (edited) I slept on my side from day one. Force of long married habit. I have no choice but to sleep on my side. Thats all i have room for on the far edge of the bed that my wife leaves me. She also tucks the blankets under herself so I am left with none. In winter I have to sleep in warm clothes. Mind you she does all this in her sleep and has no waking knowledge of it. She's lovely, really. Brrrrrr, i even feel cold in summer months now after my sleeve. mooncat 106 Posted January 2, 2014 I slept on my side from the second night on, but I have a sleep number bed. I also was able to lay face down at the chiropractor after one week and had a massage after two weeks. None of this caused any pain at all.
whosaysyoucant 111 Posted January 2, 2014 I'm with some of the others. I was on my side a few hours after surgery. I, too, was laying on my side within hours of the surgery!
