I buy Body Fortress. At Walmart they are around $15-$17. I use chocolate only and add a little Decaf instant coffee, a little peppermint extract and tons of ice. I use 8 oz. of milk also. I have a shake every Breakfast because I don't eat Breakfast foods.

nectar and click and chick. okay i use Amazon.com because they are cheaper there and i love coffee and chocolate. but nectar has a whole line of Protein drinks.

I'm in love with chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein. It tastes like cake mix to me. Sometimes I add PB2 to make a chocolate Peanut Butter shake. My next experiment is adding chi tea flavoring to vanilla to see if I can make vanilla chi Protein Shake.
