HW: 297 SW: 283.6 (12/23/2013 surgery date) CW: 254.4 Total pounds lost 42.6 Total pounds lost since surgery: 29.2 I'll take that! HW - 320 12/3/13 SW - 313 12/17/13 CW - 280.1 Awesome sounds like you are doing good!! How many calories, and Protein are you getting a day?? I'm getting 700-750 calories a day and 65-80 grams of protein. I still have a really hard time getting all my Water in. I only average 40-50oz per day. I just started exercising so hopefully that will get the scale moving. I work out 4x a week, I think that helps, but I think getting the water in really makes a big difference too. How are you doing?Today I finally seen a good move on the scale 278 finally after going up and down for a week. I think my issue is too few calories I've been averaging 500-550 I've made a effort to get closer to 800 and it looks like it maybe working!! I struggle getting my water in too!
