Still sticking to the program so not sure if my body is naturally stopping the weight loss process, as my doctor said would happen, or just a stall ... I'm sure I might piss someone off, but seriously, This week I had mac and cheese, a bacon cheeseburger with guacamole and mayo and fries (took me 2 days, but I did it!), bagel chips, pretzels, cheese popcorn, blueberry muffins, pancakes with butter and Syrup, mikes hard lemonade, hard cider, and corn bread with honey. I make my Protein shakes with 2% milk and eat a lot of fatty foods....4% cottage cheese, bacon, Peanut Butter, avocados, and at least a 1/2 cup mixed nuts with craisins everyday.
