phlyinphebee 0 Posted March 12, 2007 I had the same problem. My doc put me on a Z pak for 3 days. I had a low grade fever day before and day of but my chest x-ray was clear and white blood cell count was normal. Thank god for the meds or my band would have been put on hold. Call your doc and get the meds. I came home with the worst cough ever. I took liquid meds day and night to keep from coughing as much. Made it tough when your tummy is sore and swollen.
