What is "bump"?

A way of moving a thread back to the top of the thread list.

In order to stop people from bumping constantly, the management at LBT has put a minumum letter count per post, so writing "Bump" will be rejected. I do not normally Bump, but this thread was important imformation, IMHO, so I did.
