Heyyyy Everyone! I am getting sleeved on Dec 3. Start my Pre Op diet tomorrow (Pray for me!!!). It's all going to be worth it when I show up and show out this summer!!!

I get sleeved on Dec 4th and start my pre-op diet on Wednesday!

Yaay! I started today and it's actually not that bad. I think it's more in my head than anything. I plan to avoid thinking/smelling/looking at food like the plague

If your msg was for me everything is everything right now i aould like to know how you diet is going?? What are some tricks you came up with to make sure you wasnt hungry??sorry for being gross but what was your trick tht helped you refrain from Constipation? ? Did u cheat?
