Butterthebean 8,146 Posted November 15, 2013 Hey my fellow sleeve victims. I had my 18 month post op follow up visit today. Nothing unusual to report. Everything is fine. I've lost 83% of my excess body weight and gone from a BMI of 52 to 28. It's hard to believe I can it's been 18 months, time flies. But it's been a great time and the best decision I've ever made. This pic I think says it all. 31 gmanbat, ProudGrammy, laurielee83 and 28 others reacted to this

Sydney Susan 333 Posted November 15, 2013 Congrats. It amazes me that you still have a BMI of 28 - goes to show, I guess, that we've (or I've) lost track of what "normal" body weight looks like. If have thought you were well within the healthy BMI range. 1 Butterthebean reacted to this
Andrew0929 1,101 Posted November 15, 2013 Congratulations on your success!! My surgery is scheduled for December 10th and I'm pretty freaked out about it. It's very helpful to read about success stories like yours to keep me grounded. 1 Butterthebean reacted to this

My frame just isn't going to allow me to be a normal BMI. 2 M2G and ShouldBlittler reacted to this
