jayakay425 6 Posted November 15, 2013 My doctor office submitted my documents last Wednesday and I called Aetna but they cannot locate my paperwork! And my doctor office submitted 3 times! I am getting a little frustrated because I want the insurance company to at least have it and working on my pre-certification. Did anyone else have this issue!
