How Do I Change My Picture For My Name Handle?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put a picture on my name handle. I use the phone app but in the settings tgere is no option. Help!

Go to the "more" icon on the bottom click on "profile" then click the blank avatar. It should prompt you from there

All I can see is log out and settings and there is nothing in the settings that says profile
