I already have low hanging fruit (wings) so I know that I will need something to tone it up after WLS, however; I don't want the upper arm surgery that leaves a long scar. Has anyone experienced with the laser/lipo surgery for this?

Lipo won't reduce the skin so it depends on your situation. I was worried about scars too but my arm scars are already fading at just 6 weeks.
