2ndchanceadict 33 Posted November 13, 2013 I haven't been eating great but not horribly either. I am 2 days away from regular food graduation. I have lost 37 lbs and lost 4 inches which I am really happy about. I think that because my food options were limited (soft foods) and my body is ready for real food, I have been eating whatever I can find. My weight has been stable for the last week and all of a sudden I went up 1 lb. I know this is nothing and I am probably fine and will be better when I get to real food. I can't get out of my own head though. I am so nervous though. Any words of wisdom? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Fluffnomore 1,235 Posted November 13, 2013 I'm on full liquids and the new foods I've been allowed to add in are very much carb in nature. While overall a pound up or down doesn't seem like something to stress over, maybe you could make a concerted effort to eat really "clean" for the next few days and see how that goes. tuna salad, well shredded chicken salad, that kind of thing? 1 2ndchanceadict reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It comes to a point when you are soooo sick of chicken, turkey and tuna. I am craving a salad! Lol when have you heard that lol. Good luck with your puréed foods .
