I'm 30yrs old..5'6 163 my hw was 304 it took me about a year to lose the weight..I also had a baby 9months..I'm looking to give back to people what this surgery has given me.I want to help and can answer all questions. Carlotta1 401 Posted November 14, 2013 Lovenlife13. Thanks for your support..I def will keep u posted ..I am not required to Do a pre op diet..but beginning to exercise and cut down on carbs. I am 5 feet 1, weigh 210 ..goaltweight 130-135. My surgery is dec 9.. Congrats on your success, especially with keeping it off for 3 years and having a baby. Can I send u emails on this website..
