morphinmom 6 Posted November 11, 2013 Hello! Weeks 3-6 I lost 3 lbs. per week. Weeks 7 and 8 , a total of 1.5. Is this a normal time for a stall? Anyone else experienced this? I have been working out and may have a nibble here and there, but not enought to account for 1.5 lbs lost compared to a normal of 6 in two week time frame. Help! Fluffnomore 1,235 Posted November 12, 2013 It happened to a friend of mine. The advice she got from the surgeon was "back to basics." Focus on dense Protein, logging every bite, and no sliders. Being 3-4 months behind her, I benefited from all of her extra Protein drinks and yogurt that she had to get rid of. I don't know if this helps or not, but that's the advice she got.
