I am shorter! I started at 5'4", and now I'm 5'3". I'm sticking with 5'4", lol. Otherwise I have even more to lose. I thought maybe it age related, but it wouldn't be typical to lose that much in that short of a time at 51. I don't know where it's from though!

Good news....I finally got brave and checked my bmi....at 5'7 I'm still not obese! Woohoo!

I used to be 5'10".... the last time I measured I was 5'8 1/2" WTF? Its because Im getting old, and the spine is compressing. I like the fat feet and head theory though... I split the diff and say Im 5'9" now.

Ok so I am freakishly tall, 6'1" and now people constantly ask me how tall I am or comment on my height. I don't mind. It amuses me because I don't think I'm any taller or shorter than before but it's what people notice , which is a lot nicer than the muffled comments I used to overhear about how huge I was. I do think my posture is better and I'm still working on improving it.
