How soon after the surgery can we wear a girdle? Do ya recommend any type in specific?

Spanx rock. I didn't think about it for awhile after surgery; until after things started heading South...after my first fifty lbs.,so I'm no help on your other question.

I use flexies (spelling? ) you can get them mist anywhere. .. khols, Walmart Amazon etc..
