I am feeling kind of low this weekend. Last week I had nervous munchies in the afternoon and late at night. This weekend it just seemed like I was always hungry. I know it's a marathon not a race but I am an instant gratification person and I just want the pain of being fat to end.

I have heard that when this happens you need to drink Water or a Protein Shake.< /p>

I know. You only need to occupy yourself for 20 min until it passes. Just those 20 min are hard core :)
