yazzy 105 Posted November 10, 2013 Hi all, I just wanted to know if anyone can give me a little advice on lifting. What weight should I be starting at and how many reps should I do ,,also how many times a week ?? any input would be appreciated. I have been doing classes at the gym and I started using the weight machines ,, the person who was suppose to call me(employee who services new customers.) and go over the machines has not and I just wanna do it on my own.
