I have enough of my two insulin pens to last through my surgery on the 20th. Should I refill? Do most diabetics get off their meds after surgery?

It varies HUGELY. And maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones. But I don't think you can bet the farm on being completely off your neds. Also, particularly with insulin, I'd be very nervous about not having your refill on hand. I'd ask your doc what he thinks before you spend the $$$ though. Good luck!! Fingers crossed for amazing results.

Took 4 months for my blood sugar to drop enough to discontinue all diabetes meds. I kept cutting back and cutting back, but after 20+ years as a diabetic it didn't happen overnight.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
