marfar7 1,533 Posted November 23, 2013 Don't count them. Occasionally I'll punch the #'s into myfitnesspal and it usually doesn't go over 1100. Right now I'm working on not GAINING until the holidays are over. Then I will take the last 20 lbs seriously and start counting. Calorie counting sucks. Isn't that why we had wls?
