chepler96sc 34 Posted November 17, 2013 I am drinking primer pre made shakes from Wal-Mart they have 160 calories and 30 grams of Protein. I dont have any problems drinking. adamfishaa 139 Posted November 22, 2013 Just had my surgery on Wednesday (11/20/13) and wanted to know what would be good for my 'meals' while on the liquid phase of the post op diet.. any suggestions??? I know I need Water and Protein Shakes but what can I 'eat'?? And is it more important that I try to get in the water and protien shakes down instead of trying to eat? greersc 58 Posted November 22, 2013 I just finished this phase, Jello, Unjury chicken broth, chicken broth, unjury strawberry protein...I used skim milk, skim milk, fruit juices, clear.
