RickM 1,752 Posted November 9, 2013 Tylenol you can certainly take, and ibuprofin, naproxin and aspirin (and the other classic NSAIDs) are also generally usable with the sleeve, though some docs who aren't yet very experienced with the sleeve stick to RNY protocols which forbids those medications. My doc, with some twenty years of sleeve experience behind him, is fine with any of those pain relievers as soon as the stronger prescription narcotics are no longer appropriate.
