Muscle weighs more than fat. Are you measuring you inch loss?
gamergirl 4,610 Posted November 10, 2013 Those who lose that much have a lot to lose. Why don't you calculate how much of your excess weight have you lost? Tell us calories and Protein you're eating, how tall, starting weight, today's weight and goal weight and maybe we can help you. 1 Kattastic reacted to this
buplee 556 Posted November 10, 2013 Everyone always expects to see a huge weight loss number at first which isn't realistic. We didn't gain weight overnight and won't loose it that way either. You are losing at a great rate which is great. Stick to the program, stay encouraged and you'll see results. Good luck on your journey.
