You lost 44 lbs in 5 weeks? I haven't lost that much in 3 months, maybe your body is just thinking it is starving and holding onto water....good luck, i know the stalls suck!

There is no accurate way to predict when stalls will happen or how long one will last. There are simply too many variables. Stay focused on following the protocol as closely to the letter as you possibly can, stay positive, stay patient and maintain a food log. Trust the process and the weight will take care of itself. And do yourself a huge favor and stay off the scales for at least a week and two would be even better.

You're gonna love the new you!!
