Your best bet is to send for sample packs of the various flavors and try them before you buy in quantity. There are quite a few sellers, just google it. Be sure you get whey Protein isolate though. Good luck.

Thanks! I read that soy isolate is better snd digests easier is that incorrect? This is all so confusing.
