I have been testing many Protein drinks. I have even calculated 200 calories and 15+ grams of Protein in each drink, 15 or less of carbs and 5g fat or less. I have taken the whey powder and used half to make a full drink with soy milk, yogurt (less with more protein) and low carb plus a little fruit juice. It is actually good and stays in my goal for each Protein Drink. I also bout a Protein Drink with low carbs and boosted the protein with high protein low fruit yogurt. It is time consuming for sure in finding the right mixture, but the taste is much better. I have to chew gum just so I get the feeling of chewing! I wish all well
