I'm not quite 3 months out. I'm sleeping for 8-9 hours a night, taking all of my Vitamins and am trying to eat properly (Attempting 70-80g of Protein when I don't eat very much is a trick. So I try, but I know I don't get there.) However, I'm also trying to get up earlier so I can get to the gym everyday, but I'm so exhausted when I'm supposed to be getting up that I just can't do it. So, I go back to sleep and get up in time for work instead. Is anyone else having this problem or has anyone found a solution? I'm at my wits' end.

I remember feeling this way when everyone was talking about being post op and having so much energy and I was struggling to go to work and barely function during my home life. It did get better. I honestly think it was getting adjusted. Of course contact your dr..u know the whole speech about that :) he may wanna do labs. All I can tell u is my experience. Getting the Protein in perfectly took awhile and the exercise honestly did help. So many things about this surgery I had to remind myself...this too shall pass!

I had the same issue. Extreme exhaustion. Went to the doc and they did a full round if labs and everything looked good. They suggested maybe upping my B12. I upped it from 500 to 2500 and it seems to he helping. Of course get as much Protein as possible and drink plenty of fluids... Good luck and happy losing!
