Hey everyone! Just a quick update of my exciting journey since my RNY on June 10th of this year. Thank you for all of the support this group has given me. For the newbies, check out my other Youtube videos as I have recoreded my entire journey starting pre-op.

Congratulations on your weight loss. You have done a great job. I am almost 6 months out and have only lost 82. Keep up the great work
