i did not try to make Terri feel like a fool. I just cautioned her that her action may have unintended consequences. As for your nasty little cabal here tonight' date=' you don't know me or my qualifications.[/quote']

First off never did you make me feel like a fool! You make yourself look like a fool with your always so smart comments like you are God to the RYN surgery! No one died and made you queen of anything. Obviously you have pissed a lot of people off on here because its not just me saying something. And me and everyone else on here feel like you are hiding your self on this site. You haven't filled out anything on your profile and you criticize people with your smart ass comments. I'm not worried about some unintended consequences from posting some questionnaires on here. You are not the an administrator on this site and if they had a problem with what I posted they will take that up with me. What I posted was to give pre op people an idea of what to expect. No one on here even lives close to me so I'm pretty sure they won't get the same exact forms. My advice to you is to stop criticizing people on here. We are here for support and to show support to others who need it. And I am speaking for many people on here that you need to change your attitude toward others. Or at least change your tone so you look like you actually care and not criticize others. Now I'm done with this conversation. I hope you find happiness and have a great day!!

To everyone else on here I am sorry! I hope all is well!!:)

Nor do I care :-) what I do know is' date=' you have offended many members on this forum and some to the point of considering leaving this forum. So sweetheart, it certainly can't just be the members in this post that have a problem with the way you conduct yourself.

Ps...Terri is a grown woman and certainly does not need nor want your "cautions". She's quite capable of making her own decisions without being policed by you. If the forum owner has a problem with terri's pictures, I'm sure he/she will notify her :-)

No' date=' some people just realize that sometimes even an action that is meant to be helpful can have unintended consequences and those consequences might put another person's surgery at risk.[/quote']

Posting a picture of some questions that might be asked to you can not hurt someone or put someone's surgery at risk. Your comments doesn't even make since. I didn't answer the questions hello! I'm not understanding how the hell it can hurt someone. You can google the same damn questions. You can go search and find damn near the same forms online. This is what I had to fill out. This doesn't mean you will have the same exact ones. I could see if they were filled out. Then someone could try to answer just like me. I think you need to think before you post. Because on this one you are very WRONG!!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
