Thank u from all that I've read walking walking helps an.I.have a high tolerance for pain cuz I have so much of it now hope so of the pain I have now goes away with all this weight

I am also in the 300 range. Currently 332. I am two days post op and waiting to be discharged. I'm nervous about going home.

I'm doing ok. Cut way back on my pain meds today. Hoping to do without them totally tomorrow. Bored with Clear Liquids already.
