music1618 879 Posted October 22, 2013 I eat about 800-1' date='000 in a day. I usually get around 90-100 grams of Protein in and I'm STILL not losing. I've been stalled for almost a month! It's so scary! I track everything that goes in to my mouth! So depressing. It seems like inches are coming off though because I've dropped 2 pants sizes this month, but have lost nothing...[/quote']During stalls your body will lose the inches. One morning out of the blue you will step on the scale and the pounds will drop. As for calories and protein goals. Keep in mind that one gram of protein = 4 calories. So if you are getting 100grams of protein you are also taking in 400 calories. 1 vicki s reacted to this
futuremrsparker 288 Posted October 22, 2013 Update! Thanks everyone for the encouragement... It's funny... The day after I posted about my 1 month stall, I stepped on the scale and am down 5lbs. Haha this weight loss thing is too weird! 2 XXLnomore and vicki s reacted to this

mschlegel 58 Posted January 4, 2014 This is crazy to me! I am 7 months out and can easily eat 1300 + calories if I wanted to. I have track it all or I will eat to much.
wanabeawifey 60 Posted January 4, 2014 This is crazy to me! I am 7 months out and can easily eat 1300 + calories if I wanted to. I have track it all or I will eat to much. That's exactly how I am... If I don't track, I could easily probably reach 1800 calories/day. I have to watch every bite that goes in to my mouth. 1 vicki s reacted to this

mschlegel 58 Posted January 4, 2014 I try to stay between 800 and 1000. I wish my pouch was smaller. Nothing makes me sick either! I sometimes wish sweets would make me sick lol 1 vicki s reacted to this
Jessica22 5 Posted January 4, 2014 I met with my nutritionist yesterday and she told me to intake between 700 and 900 calories. I have the surgery on December 20 so it may be different for you. She told me eventually I will be working up to 1200 cal. She also told me that yr intake should be 35% Protein, 35% Carbs and 30% fats. Hopefully this helps! 1 vicki s reacted to this
