edieann 11 Posted October 10, 2013 M stuck at 255 for the past 2 weeks. My Protein is down I try to just eat meat and Protein Bars but I think I'm doing something wrong. erikaloftin 62 Posted October 10, 2013 It could be a few things. I had a 5 week stall once. I was doing everything right. sometimes it just happens. But your body needs a certain amount of carbs in order to put the Protein to good use in your body. hockeymumzie 181 Posted October 11, 2013 I have had countless stalls. Like you I do not eat bread, Pasta, starches. I do include veggies with my dinner. I live on premier choc shakes, Quest Protein bars, Greek yogurt, nuts, meat and select veggies. 70 + grams of Protein a day is a must for me. Warm Water makes me sick and it takes almost 3 hours to finish 1 bottle. I have to put sugar free kool aid in it. I'm trying every thing.
