spunkyirishpunk 29 Posted November 7, 2013 Random question. Do you count your pre and post workout shakes or bars as a meal or no? My surgeon has me doing 3 meals, no Snacks, 60-80g of Protein a day, and 90 oz of fluids. I do workout quite a bit weight lifting, and running, etc. I'm burning on average over 3000 calories a day and consuming 400-600 calories. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
